4. You must have been insured or was a passenger in the accident vehicle
5. You must be able to provide copies of any Medical and Accident Report(s)
6. The accident must have talen place within the State's "Statue of Limitation" which is typically 5 to 7 years. (Check with your Attorney or State Government representative about the laws governing this matter).
8. There must not have been a Financial Settlement made with the Auto Insurance Company regarding this matter.
